Spreading the principles of HSP

Dahn Foundation programs can take many forms by applying the principles of HSP and BEST. The Jang Saeng (longevity) walking program can be offered as a small workshop or as a HSP walking event.

Jang Saeng (Longevity) Walking

The Jang Saeng (JS) walking method is a walking technology for health and longevity. Jang Saeng (longevity) walking is a simple variation in walking style that can help you to correct your hip joints and spine allowing for better blood and energy circulation throughout your whole body. Dahn Foundation volunteers are holding seminars to teach the methods of JS walking to the community. Dahn Foundation is planning to hold HSP walking events and public lectures in 2008.
