If you think something, you have neurons in your brain passed in such a way to have the thought. When you have the thought repeatedly, the neurons have the same path repeatedly. When the path becomes so obvious that the neuron path creates into a circuit. Repeated thoughts will form a habit. If we want to live a creative, productive and peaceful life, you should change bad habits.
Practicing Dahn Yoga is one of the greatest way to change habits. To change habits, it is important to do something continuously for 21 days. It’s because it takes about 21 days for your brain to accept a new pattern of doing something. First, begin with a very simple thing, a very small change. Choose something you can do without having much change. When you succeed in changing even a smallest thing, you will gain confidence from that. And after that you can challenge to a bigger and bigger change. Check your brain and be awake always. Keep in mind always that you are the master of your brain and life. If you want to be the master of your brain, you should be master of your brain.
Get your body relaxed at a Dahn Yoga center. Breathe out deeply. We tend to breathe in rather than breathe out. It’s because we instinctly want to own something. However, if you want to gain something, you should let go of yours first. Breathe out. Relax. Empty yourself first.
